Payments and refunds
Include your Razorpay order or payment ID so we can find your payment quickly. See the refund policy for what we cover.
Remove or correct a listing
Email us from the address you used at checkout and tell us what to change. If someone listed your startup without permission, email us with proof that you own it and we'll take it down.
Grievance officer
Complaints about a listing's content, and requests to see, correct or erase your personal data, go to our grievance officer, as required by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
